Refund/ Product Replacement Policy
Product Damaged and/or Delay due to carrier
We will try as best as we can to make sure your product arrives in a good condition by securely packing and inspecting the product before shipping. However, product delays or damage caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, stolen packages, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information are out of our control.
If you received a damaged product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14-days after receiving the parcel to request a 60% partial refund.
Partial refund: We will refund 60% of your total order including shipping fee. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our product is not returnable as it is semi-perishable. Please send us an email at email@example.com for a partial refund if your product is damaged during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
